This course will provide students with the  qualifications and knowledge to be able to teach speech and drama and work within the performing arts industry. With an emphasis on practical skills to ensure a well rounded education. The course is also designed to equip students with, not only teaching plans, but also includes important modules like child safeguarding, policies & procedures, observation experience, business and marketing

COURSE OUTCOME

Upon completion of the course, students will have gained the skills to confidently teach theatre performance, principles and techniques to both groups and individuals. You will have extensive practice in lesson planning, class management and the ability to prepare your own students for drama examinations and performances. You will have developed your own creativity, expertise and will leave with the necessary knowledge and qualifications to produce, direct and write for productions as well as the business skills needed to run your own successful company.

Fee: €3,000 inclusive of exam fees                                                                 

and Diploma

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Booking Administration Fee of €300 to confirm your acceptance of your placement 

Term 1 - €1,500 to be paid 4 weeks in advance of start of term 2024/2025

 Term 2 - €1,200 to be paid by end of January 2025
